Are you insured?
Yes, I have professional indemnity & public liability insurance.
In what format do you deliver a photography gallery?
Photographs are provided via an online (password protected) digital gallery. Images are delivered as JPEGs and come in full (print) resolution & web size. Images can be downloaded individually or as a whole.
How many photographs are included with a full day wedding photography collection?
You can expect to receive around 100 digital images for every hour captured. So for PHOTOGRAPHY COLLECTION II with 8 hours coverage, you will receive around of 800 digital images overall.
Do you offer Wedding Albums and/or Wall Art?
Yes, I offer a range of beautiful Italian wedding albums, and wall art.
I capture weddings all across the UK, Europe and further afield. There is no additional charge for travel within a 60 mile radius of Shropshire, SY4 2HA. All other travel fees can be found here.
What happens if you get sick/injured and cannot attend our wedding?
Fortunately, no such emergency has ever come up, and it goes without saying that it would have to be something very serious to affect my attendance on the day. However I fully appreciate that this may be a cause of concern for you. If the unexpected should happen, the first point of call would be coverage by a team member(s)/colleague. Alternatively, I have a really good, far reaching network within the wedding industry, so we would endeavour to arrange a quality replacement. Of course, if you prefer to make your own arrangements, you would receive a full refund.
Is travel & accommodation included in your pricing?
We are having a destination wedding - when do you arrive to our location?
I always schedule an arrival a few days in advance (for international destinations) to allow for any potential travel delays. This also gives me time to adapt to the location, take scene setting landscape photos, and scout for photography locations.
How do we secure our wedding date with you?
Once you are happy with your collection, the next step is to sign your wedding booking contract, and pay a 25% retainer. After which your wedding date is officially booked with us! The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
