Much of the wedding day is filmed with a documentary approach, capturing moments unobtrusively as they unfold - especially during the ceremony, speeches, & first dance.

There may be some very subtle directing here and there, for instance, during the couple portrait session, but on the whole, I try to blend in with your guests.

The length of your wedding film depends on the collection you choose, but for a full day most highlight films are carefully edited to total around 10-15 minutes – which we’ve found is the sweet spot for telling the story of your day in a way that feels complete without ever feeling drawn out.

Most couples prefer an overview of their day; however, you can (if preferred) add a full video of certain key parts of the day, such as the ceremony or speeches, to any collection. This is already included in Collection I.

Music plays a huge part in the overall feel of your wedding film, so I carefully select licensed music that complements the tone and emotion of your day.

You’re very welcome to share your preferences or the kind of music you love, and I’ll create something that feels personal and aligned with your style. I can also send a video edit without sound, if you want to add mainstream music for your own personal enjoyment.   

You will receive a teaser trailer up to 60-seconds within 1 weeks of your big day, and the finished wedding film will be delivered within eight weeks.

Each film is carefully edited to ensure it feels cohesive, beautifully paced and timeless. You’ll receive your video in a private online gallery, ready to watch, download and share with family and friends.

I’m always happy to travel wherever your celebration takes place, and I plan carefully to ensure everything runs smoothly, whether your wedding is local or abroad.

For smaller weddings, elopements, or when you’ve chosen a shorter highlight film, I usually work on my own. 
For full-day coverage, larger celebrations, or more comprehensive film collections, I bring a second videographer. This means we can capture multiple angles throughout the day, cover both partners getting ready if needed, and ensure speeches and key moments are recorded with ease using professional audio and equipment support.
Please note you can add an additional videographer to any package, if you want multiple angles captured.

Yes, absolutely! I work with professional equipment and carry a full backup system. I use multiple cameras, lenses, audio recorders, and lighting equipment, along with spare batteries and accessories, so I’m fully prepared should anything unexpected happen.

In addition to this each camera has 2 memory cards, so everything recorded on to card 1 is automatically backed up to card 2.

I recommend booking your wedding videographer as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for popular summer weekends and destination weddings.

Many couples secure their videography at the same time as their photography to ensure availability. We also offer discounts for our combined wedding photography and videography packages.

Your wedding date is secured with a signed agreement and booking deposit, which is 25% of your overall balance. I’ll guide you through the process so everything is nice and straightforward.
