I adore everything about weddings, and feel a huge sense of appreciation & pride that I get to document such an important occasion in peoples' lives.
I am based in the beautiful, historic, Tudor town of Shrewsbury (the birth place of Charles Darwin) in the UK.
I graduated from university with a BSc & PhD; and I have been a professional wedding photographer for over 10 years.
Along with my husband, Jack; and two children: Aaron & Mia (14 & 12 years) we live on our small holding in the beautiful English countryside with our horse, dogs & cats.

WHAT SETS ME APART FROM OTHER WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS?
The large majority of couples I work with have had little to no experience of being in front of the camera and feel nervous about wedding photography. Photography is very important to them, but they don’t want it to be the main focus of the day.
They need a photographer that will help direct & pose at the appropriate times, such as during the group photos and bridal/couple portraits. But then will also quietly capture proceedings & details inconspicuously at all other times, which is how I work best.
Prior to the big day, I get to know what is important to you as a couple. That way I can tailor an approach that works for you and your wedding.

I don’t expect you to know what to do in front of the camera. So when it comes to taking your wedding portraits I will offer as much guidance and direction with posing as you would like.
