Dating back to the 15th century, this gorgeous Chateau has a wonderful symmetrical look, with large windows, pretty white shutters, intricate doorways, traditional French turrets and striking neoclassical architecture.

Inside, you’ll find opulent interiors that have been sympathetically restored, featuring original boiserie, chic furnishings, a grand staircase, and glittering crystal chandeliers.

The venue’s Sweedish owners are mutli lingual, speaking both French & English fluently and welcome visitors all over the world to hire this incredible residence for weddings, events, parties, and vacations.
Whilst mainting the historical integrity of the Chateau and it’s surrounding buildings, they have carefully restored and decorated the venue combining history with modern amenities beautifully.

Whether you are looking for an intimate ceremony or a grander celebration, the Chateau caters to all.

The main house offers a cozy, private space for your closest family and friends to stay and relax. There is an onsite private chapel for your ceremony, and the rustic Rose House (originally an 18th century cider house!) can accommodate up to 75 guests for a seated dinner, making it an ideal banquet hall for your wedding reception.

Spanning 65 acres, the beautiful estate has many idyllic locations to enjoy, with secret gardens and panoramic valley views, making this venue as picturesque as it is peaceful.

The château and its surrounding buildings offer on-site accommodations for up to 35 guests. And, amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and secluded gardens – offering you and your guests plenty of ways to unwind throughout your stay.

The château also boasts a large communal kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy exceptional French cuisine using fresh, local produce from the nearby town of Combourg.

Additional guests have the option of staying at the nearby Hotel du Château and Hotel du Lac, both located around three kilometers away.
