Travelling from London Heathrow
Cheltenham Spa Railway Station (18 miles). Approx. 35 minutes by taxi or transfer.
Direct rail services are available from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh, with journey times of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
Approximate driving times:
- Cheltenham – 45 minutes
- Oxford – 1 hour 15 minutes
- Birmingham – 1 hour 30 minutes
- London – 2 hours 15 minutes
By Car
Lower Slaughter is approximately a 2 hour drive from London Heathrow Airport. Take the M40 northbound, exiting onto the A40 toward Oxford/Cheltenham, then follow the A429 (Fosse Way) toward Stow-on-the-Wold and Lower Slaughter.
By Train
Take the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line into London Paddington Station. From there, board a direct train to Moreton-in-Marsh Station (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes). From Moreton-in-Marsh, Lower Slaughter is around a 15-minute taxi ride.

How do I reserve a spot?
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due on or before 16th September 2025. Click here to book.
How many participants will there be?
There will be a maximum of 10 participants per session.
How will the session run?
We will flow through the 2.5-hour session capturing each setup: the details (stationery, cake, and florals, dinner table), and moments with the couple (models) for the vows, cake cutting, and portraits.
Is it suitable for beginners?
This wedding content day is open to creatives at any stage! It's a relaxed environment, where you can build your confidence as well as content. However, there will be no taught componenent, so it will help to have a basic understanding of your camera so you can make the most of the time available.
What kind of equipment should I bring?
Bring whatever you'd normally shoot with: your preferred camera body, lenses (portrait options work beautifully for this kind of content), and plenty of memory cards and batteries. Additional lighting equipment is welcome if you'd like to bring it, but it's not necessary.
Can I submit my images for publication (e.g. wedding blogs & magazines)?
Absolutely! We fully support and encourage attendees to submit their work for publication. Please ensure you include the full vendor list, so that all suppliers are credited.
Do I need to provide content to the suppliers of the shoot (e.g. florist, stationer, etc.)?
It's entirely up to you. It is a lovely way to build relationships with other suppliers, but it isn't a requirement. Victoria or a member of her team will capture content to pass on to the suppliers on the day.
Are meals included?
No, meals and snacks are not included. However, feel free to bring a drink and snacks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your place to another creative if you can no longer make it. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change.
Is travel or accommodation included?
Travel and accommodation are not included in the ticket price. The Cotswolds is well connected by road and there are plenty of beautiful places to stay nearby if you'd like to make a trip of it.
